Upon providing services, we charge our rates based on the amount we are able to retrieve on your behalf from debtors that have an outstanding account. If we are unable to collect the amount that is owed, we will not charge for service and will charge our services based on the amount retrieved as opposed to the whole amount.
Our rates depend on the difficulty of the collection which is based on the amount of time that has passed since the account has been past due and the amount of money that needs to be collected from the debtor.
Our basic contingency rates are as follows:
| 33.3% | For accounts that have been past due for under a year and do not need to be taken to court. |
| 40% | For accounts that he been past due for more than a year or require that a court be involved in the process. |
Additional legal fees may be required.
